Missing Link, Inc. offers a one (1) year product warranty from the original date of purchase. Product warranty is void on power surges or product tampering. Missing Link, Inc. accepts no responsibility for any extended manufacturers warranty on products purchased from Missing Link, Inc. Missing Link, Inc. makes no claim, expressly or implied that a product is suitable for any particular application. Service Warranty is thirty (30) days from original date of service on invoice. Service warranty is VOID when additional software/hardware installs or system configurations are done by non-Missing Link employees.
RETURNS
1. Customer brings invoice.
2. Missing Link test the product for failure.
For failed product covered under the 1 year warranty, customer can choose the following options: a. Missing Link will ship product back to vendor. Customer will receive returned product from vendor. b. Customer provides credit card for advance purchase and expedite shipping of replacement product from vendor. Customer credit card will be credited by vendor when failed product is received by vendor.3. For product covered under a longer warranty, customer contacts manufacturer for replacement.
CREDITS
1. Customer brings invoice.
2. Product that is complete (all manuals, drivers, cables, packing materials, etc...) may be returned for an in-store credit within five (5) calendar days of purchase.
Credits will be issued at the lesser of the "current market value" or the original purchase price.
EXCHANGES
1. Customer brings invoice.
2. Product returned within five (5) calendar days of purchase will be exchanged for identical product. In the event an identical item is not available, a similiar product will be substituted at Missing Link's discretion. Customer agrees to return all relevant materials(manuals, drivers, cables, packing materials, etc..) of the original product should a substitution be necessary.
SYSTEM WAIVER
Old systems left at Missing Link, Inc. for over 30 days will be discarded. CUSTOM ORDERS No returns on Hardware and Software.
NOTE: An Invoice must be provided for all transactions involving a credit or exchange.
