Why not call it a Service Desk?  Missing Link prides itself on the belief if you wanted employees to handle your IT you would ask them.  Our goal is to do more than just talk a user through the problem we take care of the problem for them.  Our goal is to minimize the downtime by working the issue after hours if possible, when not we will look at alternatives to keeping the employee working while we solve the problem.
