John Isaacks, President & CEO of Network Ops
John Issacks as President of Missing Link, Inc. (MLI) utilizes 25 plus years of Information Technology (IT) experience supporting our public and private sector business clients and providing team support to our highly qualified and certified MLI staff. His introduction to the IT environment as an end user and application programmer began with 17 years as an employee of the Illinois Department of Transportation. He was employed as an IT systems administrator in Digital Mapping environment for Analytical Surveys, Inc. in Colorado Springs, Co. for 7 years. He then relocated to Cairo, Egypt for a 2 year engagement as IT system administrator for a Digital Orthophoto mapping project of the Nile River Valley under the direction of the Egyptian Survey Authority. Prior to forming MLI he was employed for 3 Years at Tobin Surveys San Antonio, Texas as an IT systems administrator for their International digital mapping operations with locations in Houston, Denver, St Louis and Moscow, Russia. |

Michael Turner, VP Network Ops
Michael Turner is a loving husband, Vice-President, and educator for over 12 years. He is devoted to Missing Link and he enjoys educating and learning in a team atmosphere. He served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years before venturing to the private sector and eventually taking a position at Missing Link. He earned numerous decorations and awards while serving his country. His proudest achievement would be his Joint Commendation Medal while serving in a joint operation with the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard. During his tenure with the Marines he Graduated with a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and went on to pursue his Masters in Internet Security. He has accomplished over 13 certifications in the IT Industry and is noted by Microsoft ® as a Microsoft Systems Engineer, Microsoft Systems Administrator, and ETA as a Test Administrator.
He utilizes these skills to enhance, secure, and devise reliable resolutions in infrastructure for Missing Link and our clients. He utilizes State of the Art solutions to benefit the client and looks constantly to improve business through innovation and superior technologies. |

Darlene Isaacks, Secretary/Treasurer/Owner
Darlene Isaacks has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years from application programming and System Development manager to a business owner of Missing Link, Inc. She’s was a systems programmer for Illinois Department of Public Aid and Illinois Department of Transportation for 8 years. She was a systems programmer and System Development manager for 11 years with Federal Express in Colorado Springs, Co. Her current business responsibilities the last 12 years have been supporting Missing Link, Inc. clients and team members as Office Manager, Human Resources and Account Payables/Receivables. |

Elvin Morales, Cisco Engineer
Elvin Morales is an experienced technician that has been in the IT field for the last 4 years, specializing in Cisco LAN\WAN solutions. From troubleshooting desktop systems to managing Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Elvin’s support expertise is superior on both the local and server level.
Certifications include: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice), Comp TIA A+, and Comp Tia Network+. |

James Garza, Design & Development
James began his career in the IT field troubleshooting browsers, aggregate and antivirus software. This experience was key on his outlook of web media today. His project experience ranges from building personal interactive portfolio sites to developing sites for the City of San Antonio to planning committees for the migration of USAA’s domain. Understanding that web involves more than just images and text, James transitioned from web support to multimedia. Now, with this familiarity in video, audio, print and web, he is more capable of translating imaginative draft to the internet.

Luis Salazar, Orders, Repairs & Technician
Luis was born in Del Rio Texas, raised in San Antonio, graduated from South San Antonio High School 1985. He served in the U.S. Army from 1985-1992 and later I drove tractor trailers for 15 years. During his last two years of driving, he attended ITT Technical School. After earning his Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems, he began his career in the I.T. field with Missing Link.
Certifications Include: Microsoft Certification, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Technology, Specialist Windows Vista: Configuration. |
